SUHNER SCBM-400

The Suhner Brine Mixer System is an efficient mixer to dissolve salt, additives and spices under the addition of water in a special process without the formation of foam. All ingredients are easily loaded in the hopper. In a short time the ingredients are efficiently mixed inside the tank with a pump that recirculates the brine. As an option, the double-walled, insulated cooling jacket ensures that the brine is cooled down efficiently to the optimal processing temperature. As soon as the desired temperature and mixture is reached, the finished brine can then be transferred to a storage tank or directly to the injector.
